Moving On: Michael Vick on His Woodbury Nissan Commercial


I'm always happy seeing someone who has taken extra steps to move on from the load of his / her past. In this case, we're talking about Michael Vick, who spent two years in prison. But his new commercial speaks volume on the support extended him by the community. We always like to extend support to and be affiliated with someone who's going out of his / her way to overcome what remains of the not-so-pretty past.
Now, that's worth following! Keep up the good work, dude!

Where Do I Start Moving On From The Tragic Demise of A Very Good Friend?

Last Friday evening (Philippine time), a very good friend of mine (as well as the friend of many, many others) was murdered in his apartment. I got the message from another friend on Facebook. I was since then grappling with the shock, grief and anger over the whole tragedy. Gratefully, I've managed to compose a brief poem on my grief . But the sadness still continues.
