Moving On From A Horrid Customer Service

My long term bank's ATM machine failed to acknowledge the deposits I made yesterday in a branch that has no personnel around to assuage my concerns that resulted soon from this realization. And so I contacted the phone number on the screen of the ATM machine. Took me longer than expected to get thru, as what is commonly happening in these pandemic periods of our collective lives.  
I was in near panic mode when I started talking with customer service with the claims group. I asked her if she's from the Philippines,  and she confirmed.  I cursed in the vernacular.  Who cares if she was offended or not. I can not be unreal to how exactly I felt that time. I cannot afford to be inauthentic to my own feelings of rage that time.

Turned out after a personal visit to the bank earlier that she didn't really post that claim. I hope she loses her job, if that's true. I might have offended her. I remain indifferent.  Worst things could have happened.  I remain grateful. I move on.
