Diversity will always be an asset to any organization, as long as it's recognized as such. If you're a businessperson willing to take risks, one area where you can focus your efforts on is to hire from a diverse pool of people, as long as you personally like them. It's always a smart move to recruit people who are different from you, and who will complement your own strengths and weaknesses - you simply can't do everything.
